My own experience with pelvic pain.
Like so many women, I was dismissed by doctors, told my pain was “normal,” or just handed vague advice that didn’t actually help. Traditional healthcare kept falling short, leaving me (and so many others) without real answers. That’s why I started Pelvic Confidence, to change the way women experience pelvic health care.
My approach? Ditch the outdated advice and focus on what actually works. I combine strength training, movement, and a whole-body approach to healing, because your pelvic floor doesn’t exist in a vacuum! Your whole body (and mind) plays a role in your symptoms, and I’m here to help you connect the dots. No endless Kegels, no cookie-cutter plans, just real, sustainable solutions that fit your life.
I work with women 1:1 (in person and virtually) to tackle pelvic health challenges head-on, whether it’s prepping for birth, easing pain, or getting back to the activities you love (without worrying about your pelvic floor).
When I’m not working with clients, you can probably find me on a beach volleyball court, planning my next travel adventure, or sipping on an Aperol Sprtiz and trying new foods, because life’s too short
